Heddiw yw’r diwrnod olaf i gofrestru i bleidleisio yn yr Etholiad Cyffredinol. Mae UCM Cymru yn galw ar fyfyrwyr a phobl ifanc ar draws Cymru i sicrhau ei bod yn gallu dweud eu dweud ar 7 Mai. Mae gan fyfyrwyr yng Nghymru y gallu i wirioneddol effeithio ar ganlyniad yr etholiad a sicrhau bod llais myfyrwyr Cymru yn cael ei gynrychioli.

Mae cofrestru i bleidleisio ar-lein yn hawdd. Mae’n cymryd llai na phum munud i’w wneud ac mae’n sicrhau fod gennych lais ar 7 Mai. Serch yr hyn sydd wedi ei cael ddweud yn aml yn ddiweddar, nid yw’n ofynnol eich bod yn gwybod eich rhif yswiriant cenedlaethol er mwyn cofrestru i bleidleisio. Ewch i https://www.gov.uk/cofrestru-i-bleidleisio i gofrestru nawr.

Dywedodd Llywydd UCM Cymru Beth Button:

‘Er fod pobl ifanc 16-24 oed heddiw yn wynebu heriau mwy difrifol na chenedlaethau cynt, nhw yw’r bobl sydd lleiaf tebygol i bleidleisio. Heb lais gwleidyddol ac heriol, mae llywodraethau’n cael rhwydd hynt i anwybyddu’r materion sydd bwysicaf i fyfyrwyr. Mae’n rhaid i hynny newid. Cofrestrwch i bleidleisio heddiw ac ewch i bleidleisio ar 7 Mai.’

Wrth i’r Etholiad Cyffredinol agosáu, mae UCM wedi bod yn ymgyrchu’n ddyfal. Byddwn yn cynnal ‘Holi’r Ymgeiswyr’ yng Ngheredigion ddydd Mercher yr wythnos hon, ac yn Arfon ddydd Mercher yr wythnos nesaf. Mae’r rhain yn hustyngau Trydar gydag ymgeiswyr y prif bleidiau. Cewch rhagor o wybodaeth maes o law.

Yn ogystal, mae UCM y Deyrnas Unedig wedi bod yn arwain ymgyrch Pleidlais y Genhedlaeth sy’n cynnwys ymgyrch #CofrestraCyfaill.

Ymunwch â’r mudiad heddiw.

Cofrestrwch i bleidleisio.

Mynnwch lais.
